When it comes to India, the first thing that comes to a person’s minds is the diverse religion and the diversity in food. The amazing culture and religion in India is the most important factor which makes India different from other countries. Food is something that is really amazing in terms of variety, taste etc. Food is something that is very integral part of India; it is almost served as the basis of the culture of India. In India, each state has its own cuisine, which is very different from one another but the thing which is common about India is that it is made with lots of love and affection.

Indian food has the most number of varieties when it comes to food. Diversity of Indian food is reflected in the diverse regional cultures and the elements and spices vary. North India is a region of plenty of ranges in pulses and legumes, so the food consists of a lot of different breads which are known as Rotis, parathas. There is a wide range of dals and curd. Indian food is not only loved in India but also loved in all parts of the world. Indian food Austin is considered as the most common cuisine in that place; due to the high range of spices used in Indian food most people find it tasty and refreshing. There are a lot of recipes that are available on the net also. Not only because of the main course but the wide range of snacks in India are very common. Indian food is also very famous in having the best dishes in the desert; milk and milk based products are widely used in making the deserts. The use of nuts, coconut and all kinds of flours is the key ingredient of Indian sweets.

Because of the high quality, delicious taste and spicy flavor, Indian foods is considered as one of the best foods of the world and people in the west love to eat as it is nutritious and healthy. There is a variety of Indian foods available everywhere but there is one or the other traditional method to make Indian food which makes it authentic and tasty at the same time.

Indian foods offer a wide range of Indian dishes such as Tandoori chicken, samosa, Chat, a wide variety of bhel puri, aloo papdi, a wide variety of vegetable pakoras, vegetable spring rolls; there is a wide variety of rice in India. All these are found in the famous restaurants of the western culture also.

If one has enjoyed the real taste of Indian food, then that person will never compromise with the quality of food and would always look for a tried and tested Indian food restaurant. Indian foods are so tasty and yummy just because of a traditional Indian method and spices of cooking which if not applied cannot prepare an authentic Indian food.
