Technique #1
If you are stressed, think carefully on some pleasant memory or an object that you enjoy. At work you should have family photos, vacation pictures or beautiful landscape pictures on your desk.
Technique #2
Allow your sink water to run to the point of being warm and not too hot. Warm a cloth under the water, lay down and put the warm cloth on your eyes. Concentrate on happy thoughts from your past or places you have been. Doing this will relax your eyes, and cause each of them to become softer. This helps the eyes return to their sockets and eliminates stress and strain.
Technique #3
Hold your head level and stationary, without straining, look to the left as far as comfortable. Now swing your vision to the right using the same technique. Do this excersise10 times.
Two or three times a day for these exercises and techniques is all you need. The time expended won't cut into your day too much. Once you do your vision improvement you should be ready for your day in a more positive manner.
Because we get older, the lens in our eyes start to harden and that makes the adjacent muscles work harder. If those muscles aren't exercised they will be diluted by continued stress and strain and vision will start to go bad. Take the time to perform a few eye exercises and relaxation techniques each day. Naturally improving your vision will help you to see better and with more focus.
