Gurgaon is the place that is reputed to have a future for the financial and the corporate center. This city is proud to be home to over 300 companies and a lot of investors too are investing in this city to reap the benefits. The potential of this city is so great that investors are vying on it with great hopes. Earlier the image of this city had taken a toll due to infrastructural problems and poor accessibility in the expressway. But now it has got a fresh lease of life due to the removal of barriers at the 32-lane toll plaza.

Now the toll of traffic is so smooth but earlier people who have their offices in Gurgaon used to always invite the clients in Delhi just to avoid traffic. It was considered to be suicidal to request your clients to come to Gurgaon. It always used to prove as an ordeal for everyone but since the toll has been removed it has become really easy to commute to the city without any hassles. It has become so exciting to see the cars just whizzing past the gates.

Gurgaon is a place that gives an air and a feel of the modern urban center, due to the multiplex malls, high rise corporate buildings, ...

A person who is visiting this place for the first time would see a skyline when he visits this city and he can visualize it as a Manhattan rather than Manesar! So definitely architecturally Gurgaon is an international city but if you can’t reach on time to office then there is no use of those buildings. When the mess that is created in the toll plaza is solved and the entry through the gates become quiet smooth then it would certainly improve the image of Gurgaon to a great extent.

There are upcoming projects in Cyber City and Udyog Vihar that are known to be two prime commercial quarters of the city. Its USP was its close proximity to Delhi and the international airport. But that proximity could not be utilized as those people who have offices or business in these parts of the city are the one who suffered the most due to the toll plaza issue. Due to the traffic mess this city cannot invite a lot of clients. If the toll mess is resolved then the occupancy rate of these hotels would just shoot up.

Earlier the clients would get really frustrated as they were picked up in luxury cars but once they reach the road they used to feel like ducks. So they used to think twice before coming to crack a deal in this place. But now with the missing barriers there are a lot of smiling clients and there’s certainly some good business happening on the scene. No one would want to idle away his/her time at the checkpoints /chokepoints. To boost the future of Gurgaon traffic has to be controlled as more than 5 lakh people work in the IT and the ITES sector and they don’t have to worry about reaching office late. Even the builders who have managed offices and serviced offices are keeping their fingers crossed to get the barriers dwindled.
