In our daily life, you would notice that it is common to find different designs of furniture that made from marble. For example, some marble are used to pave the road in cities and they are so beautiful and durable. By the widely use, you would know too many advantages of marble, however, as is known to all, everything has two sides, including the pros and cons. Marble is not exceptional one and in the following article, I will discuss the harm of marble.
As is known to all, marble can be divided into natural marble and man-made marble, it is easy to understand natural marble just as its name implies which is formed naturally in the nature. As for the man-made marble, they are the ones which are manufactured with a certain technology. As you know, the natural marble would be better than the man-made marble, however, the number of natural marble in nature world is limited, under such condition, lots of man-made marble are manufactured and the price of them would be high.

... which are the common characteristic of other natural stones. As for the harmful radioactive element in natural marble, the first one can directly shine into people’s body and after the hematopoietic, nerve system and so on, the other one is the radon, one radioactive substance, which would increase the risk of suffering from lung cancer after being absorbed by human body once released into air. However, please don’t worry, the harm risk of natural marble is so lower and even can be ignored, and human body almost won’t have anything side reaction.
On the other hands, people should be more careful about man-made marble. As is known to all, the man-made marble are the derivative of oil, which contains lots of harmful substances such as formaldehyde and benzene. Therefore the man-made marble is harmful to people’s health. What’s worse, in order to get more benefit, some man-made marble manufacturers would add other harmful substances into the raw materials, which finally aggravates the harm of artificial marble.
When buying marble furniture at shopping mall, you should firstly ask the sales staff whether the marble is the natural one or the artificial one, and it is better to buy natural marble furniture and if the marble furniture is made from artificial marble, it is better not to buy too many amount.
