5 Irresistable Health Benefits Of A Fish & Flax Oil Regimen
If you're into natural health and wellness, you cannot aford to be ignorant of fish and flax seed oil. Taken separately, fish oil and flax oil each boast many remarkable health benefits that aid in the wellness of anyone taking them. Numerous studies have indicated that omega 3's are critical to achieving a state of mental focus. Sadly, most of us do not get nearly the amount of them at that we need for optimal mental performance. And while taking either fish or flax will put you a step above the crowd, taking them both will give you an almost unheard of edge. Combine the supplements with a healthy diet and a positive, disciplined attitude, and you will be one tough customer!
5) Reduced risk of certain types of cancer
Omega 3's (especially those found in fish oil) have been shown to stop or inhibit the growth of certain cancerous cells - specifically breast, prostate, and colon cancer. Essentially, the omega 3's prevent normal, healthy cells from degenerating into cancerous ones, and also bring about apoptosis (death of cells) to cancerous cells that already exist. No matter how healthy you already are without fish and flax seed oil, you can always stand to lower your risk of cancer a little further!
