Cigarette Smoking is an addiction due to other underlying problems so all you are doing is covering up your problem and not dealing with it. You use smoking as your comfort zone as an alcohol uses this to cover up the pain and escape. So you are only fooling yourself to thinking that you can quit the habit when you are ready.
You need to do it sooner rather than later. There are stop smoking remedies that allow you to do it slowly, controlled and balanced. These can be safe and natural methods that help you to quit for good.
