There are several iconic restaurants too in Ahmedabad. The forte of Ahmedabad is vegetarian food. This city is in the forefront of milk production in India. Many Ahmedabad hotels too are purely vegetarian in their cuisine. Shopping is possible in Ahmedabad. Most tourists linger to buy cotton clothes here. Parts of Ahmedabad are highly industrialised. Many pharmaceutical managers have their headquarters here.
