How To Identify The Right Support Source Online
If you start searching online you can always come across loads of reviews for just about every company that has global presence, whether big or small. When you look at the feedback response for a big and established company, there would be lesser percentage of negative feedback, mostly because that company would have overcome most of its shortcomings and would only be looking towards the upward direction.
On the other hand, a small-sized or a startup company would always record a number of complaints under its name. Such complaints could vary from internal complaints related to failed expectations of its employees, to those that are registered externally. These external complaints are consumer complaints that vary from simple ones such as rude behavior by the company’s representative, to more serious ones such as charge of big amount of money without customer’s knowledge.
Internet gives everyone the power to express their thoughts openly, and people always make sure to use it well and make them heard. This is a good practice, but the only thing that seems missing here is the lack of two-way communication. If ...
... a customer feels he is cheated, he certainly will feel the need to bring it to notice of all to save them in future. But the actual scenario could be a lot different, and he may have unknowingly received something in return as well during his stint with the company. This is why it is always important to direct this issue to the concerned entity first.
Next comes in the issue of internal woes. A startup company would always have some or the other issue within its employees. While some might not be happy with the benefits they get, there could be some who are not efficient at all, and were hired just to fill in the gaps for a full-fledged workforce. Both these aspects could hamper the quality delivered by the company as a whole, leading to a disgruntled customer base. iTechAcharya is one good example company that I can come up with over here.
Therefore it is always important to identify the root cause of a problem before forming any random opinion about it. Let us discuss about few things that can come handy for you:
If you are a customer:
• Identify your exact needs before you approach a company to have them fulfilled. This will let you decide everything that you really need and avoid everything that you do not need at all!
• Check for the kind of services a company offers. Several online blogs can come handy, but always try to deduce something out of positive feedback over there. Negative feedback would always be there (and I would also say, even competitors write such reviews everywhere to nullify brand image of an upcoming company) and it is totally upon you that how you take it.
• Check for the price tags these services come in, and if you feel the overall package that comes under it is worth it. Usually a new establishment (less than 5 years old) would offer you better packages to create a loyal customer base for them.
• Always keep a check if you are being charged for something you never intended to buy. Stay aware of what you exactly want for and only then go for a product or service.
If you are a business firm:
• Try to assess your workforce as much as possible to check for its efficiency and commitment level towards your organization. Having a customer-friendly and loyal employee base is always beneficial for any company.
• Check for loopholes, if any to find out what more you could do to have a satisfied workforce. Incentives are what most of the companies offer to get it done, but greed sometimes gets the better of some of their employees. So always have a watchful pair of eyes for such people.
• Prompt your customers to share their feedback with you so that you could work on it and make your services even better.
• Always remember, a satisfied customer will always bring more business to you, while an unsatisfied customer could seriously damage your company’s reputation. If you are new to business, such a thing would only make matters worse for you.
There are benefits associated while dealing with an online company as well. You always are saved of the hassle to walk out of your home, and usually also save lots of bucks while acquiring something online. Rest what opinion you form about a business or your customer base - that totally depends upon you. But it is always advisable to carefully review everything before coming to a conclusion.
