Type Of Property Demanded: Metro Vs Small Cities
Indian real estate sector plays a significant role in the country's economy. Property in India can be residential and commercial according to the needs of the individual.
Single family homes, multi family apartments are all residential whereas, the property that originate its income from non-residential sources, such as offices, retail space and industrial tenants can be phrased as commercial property.
India witnesses' diverse demand for property which mainly depends on its usage weather it's been used for official purpose, vacation purpose or for a living purpose furthermore the demand for property also varies according to the cities. The demand for property in metro cities like Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore can never be same for small cities like Allahabad and Varanasi.
Delhi being the hub for several activities has always been in demand for real estates. This national capital addresses the best educational institutes, entertainment places, markets, monuments, landmarks etc. that makes it the most preferred city to live in among the people. Furthermore, the city observes equal demand on residential as ...
... well as commercial platform as large numbers of inhabitants travel here from different cities in search of new opportunities.
Moving further, in terms of property, Mumbai is equally popular among migrants allegedly, the city has a demand-motivated market; where the property is bought for current use and not with the aim to speculate and sell it in future. In case of Residential property, the city founds maximum demand in the mid-level segment which is mainly due to factors like high disposable income and total greater affordability.
Apart from tier 1 cities like Delhi, Mumbai, small cities has equal importance in itself and the demand for property in those cities is neither too high nor too less. Allahabad, mainly considered as Indian pilgrimage city is highly attracted by the tourist due to its spiritual connection.
It is also believed that the Residential and commercial properties in Allahabad offer highly profitable investments as the crowds coming in during the famous 'Kumbha Mela' bring high returns to the commercialized residential solutions and also the commercial retail shops. The rates of commercial as well residential properties in Allahabad are at an all time high prices.
Therefore summarizing the above, after agriculture, property in India has always been at the top and is equally demanded depending on the area and its usage. The demand however, at certain places can be at times more for residential and less at commercial platform or vice versa but will never be negligible.
