There is a link between water and weight loss. Water is necessary for life, and water is also necessary for weight loss. Water and weight loss go in hand in hand because water makes your body run more efficiently which can help you lose weight and water also can make you feel full and help you reduce the amount of calories that eat each day. You already know that water and weight loss are connected, but you may not know how to get yourself in the habit of drinking more water. After all, most diets books, diet shows, diet websites and diet gurus are always telling you that water and weight loss are linked and telling you to drink more water but no one really has any practical suggestions on how you can start drinking more water during the day. There are lots of small changes that you can make each day to start drinking more water so that you can lose weight. If you're sick of everyone telling you to stop and get a bottle of water on your way to work because you don't drive by a store where you can get water everyday or you don't want to spend $2 a day for a bottle of water there is more economical alternative. Buy a refillable plastic bottle and invest in a high quality water filter for your tap. The water filter will make your normal tap water taste like bottled water and in the long run it will be much, much cheaper than buying a bottle of water every day. Some tap filters even come with flavors so you can add sugar free flavor to your tap water. When you buy a plastic bottle make sure that it's a bottle that is made from sturdy plastic. One of the problems with re-using plastic bottles that you buy in the store is that those bottles are not meant to be used over and over and the chemicals in the plastic will start to break down and get into the water that you are drinking over time. Buying a high quality plastic bottle that is made to be filled and re-filled will be a lot safer and healthier and your water will taste better so that you'll be more likely to keep drinking it. Water and weight loss are related so it's worth making the extra effort to start drinking more water. You will feel better and lose weight.
Drinking enough water during your workout routine is especially important if you are using one of the more advanced workouts such as the chalean extreme workout. Your body also needs more water if you plan on working out to the p90x workout routine, so be sure to drink more water.
