When the child was yelling with pain as he was not able to get the water, he hit the ground and suddenly the thing that came up was astonishing. The child rumbled straight to the ground and from the same place astoundingly water sprang forth. Today this place is called the Well of Zamzam.

Earlier in Muhammad's time, the tribes would go to Hajj every year from Arabian Peninsula. The authentic persuasion of the tribes was not applicable at that time and Christian Arabs were the one to manage the pagans.

So, when some true followers of Allah were influenced by this story slowly and steadily they started to follow it in their life.
