5 Step By Step Oatmeal Diet

5. Take steps diet for 30 days. Then gradually reduce the consumption of oatmeal to only once a day plus one snack portion made of oatmeal. Add to this lean meats like chicken and fish, and fruits and vegetables. Keep exercising and drinking lots of water.
You should drink water as much as possible rather than to drink soft drinks or fruit juices.
