Jobs in the Banking Industry is one of the sought after by jobseekers who are interested in a career related to money and finance. In India, many prefer banks jobs as against working in corporate because of stability. Before the opening of private banks in India, there was a demand for bank jobs in the government sector. This interesting position requires the incumbent to meet corporate clients on a regular basis. Relationship managers are required to open new accounts and ensuring continuation of existing relationships. This position also requires selling bank’s products. The incumbent should also answer queries of clients.

Credit Analyst

Another interesting position for bank, this position requires candidates with MBA (Finance) or a Chartered Accountant. The job requires the incumbent to analyze financial information including management accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Also, review the credit worthiness of client companies. The job also requires writing credit proposals for treasury clients.

Branch Manager

This is common position available in various government and private banks. The incumbent for this position requires handling the overall duties of a particular branch. In other words, the incumbent requires managing the smooth functioning of the branch. This job also requires having leadership and management skills. Overall, the incumbent for this post requires maintaining high standards of work quality in the branch.

Accounts Manager

The account manager, as the name suggests requires maintaining the accounts of clients. The incumbent for this position requires managing good relations with HNI Clients. Besides having good knowledge in capital markets, the incumbent should also have good communication skills.
