A few days back I watched a movie ‘Beautiful Mind’. It was about a mathematics professor who suffered schizophrenia. The movie was so inspiring and thoughtful giving us moral to fight such a situation and come out of it. I was so amazed to see that how a math genius was caught into split personality. Well it was nothing to do with the subject but the complexity involved in it got so much passion for the actor to win over it and in due course he loses his normal behavioral balance.
I remember when I was a child I used to be so scared of math period in school. I just used to wish that this subject could anyhow vanish. It’s not that I never tried to win over the subject. I was excellent in other subjects but somehow I could not. This phobia of mine extended till high school and the best savior I could do is I changed the main subject when I got the choice.
