How To Handle Slow Days?
It cannot be denied that there are days when work appears to be slow. This is because lead generation exhibits variation according to the season. There are some days when you need to work overtime to generate business to business leads. However, at times no leads can be generated and no business seems possible.
At such times, you should invest your time in doing something else. You should take other tasks during such times.
1. Work on your emails:
Utilize this time to sort out your emails. Delete the emails which are no longer important for you. You may also have to save some emails or respond to some of them. This will help you organize your inbox and leave you with a sense of contentment. It will also make your inbox uncluttered and sorted out well.
2. Call your clients:
Make use of this time to make calls for telemarketing. Call up your current customers and inquire about your products and ask for feedback and suggestions from them. Also, take care that you call up at a convenient ...

3. Help your fellow colleagues:
If lead generation is slow, it doesn’t imply that other departments would also be running slow. You can lend a helping hand to your colleagues and relieve them of the work load. This will develop a sense of goodwill among the staff members. You can also learn something new by this gesture.
4. Read and learn:
If you have few hours of free time, you can obviously not start over a new project or anything. This time can be put to use to read business articles about marketing and related topics which can help you for the betterment of your business.
Don’t waste your free time by just sitting idle and doing nothing. Utilize this time to complete the pending work which you are not able to do while you are busy. This will make things more systematic and organized so that you can work well afterwards.
