It is not recent news that the Internet is swarming with new customers looking for products and services. Websites have grown by the millions and continue to increase as online usage grows.

As a business owner you may question if the Internet will ever have a place for your brick and mortar business or you may have began planning on designing a website to increase exposure of your local business to the Internet population. Never think because your business isn't a website that there isn't a spot for you because you are without a developed website. This type of advertising is perfect because you only are paying for results but are being exposed and branded in your local market. The costs of the calls will be different based on industry and the advertising agency, but can be well worth the cost if you have a sales team ready to take in sales or additional foot traffic. Marketing Research has shown that those that call a call center are far more likely to end their conversation with a buy compared to clicking on a website through a paid ad.
