So you love animals, or you have one or several pets, whether you decide to make a family addition by purchasing or adopting a cat or dog, or any other animal, it turns out that it can get pretty difficult to buy or sell a real estate property. Sure homes for sale and homes for rent don't apply to this theory too much, unless you're a part of a strict association, because when you pay good money for privacy, that's exactly what you get. What about the people who live in apartments, condominiums, even town homes that are a part of an association? How are these people supposed to cope with a no-animal policy when they have a true love for their animal, why should they have to give up something they love so much just because the owner of the building or association says so? There are many reasons why people don't like any animals in their apartment buildings or condos, and these reasons boil down to smells and droppings, meaning everyone fears that by having an animal in a closed environment that the animal will produce horrible smells, and while walking, for example, a dog, that the owner will not clean up after their dog, ...
... or that a dog will keep the entire building up all night because of loud barking. Sure these are valid reasons to not allow pets in a building, but failing to understand that all these factors can be controlled is simply unfair and unjust.

People who have a love for animals, and not ones that god a cat or dog as a birthday present, tend to take care of their pets, they clean up after them, and they do an excellent job of training their pets, for the most part. Instead of putting a complete ban on animals, why not have guidelines, such guidelines can include a zero tolerance for pet smells reaching the hallway, if pet droppings are not cleaned up immediately then no more pet, a noise ordinance for a certain hour can also be implemented. There are plenty of measures that can be taken in order to prevent from inconveniencing anyone and making anybody not want to live in their own place of residence because of the neighbor upstairs with the loud dog. There are plenty of cleaning products that can be purchased, plenty of Fbreeze spray that can be applied to any part of a home to eliminate any smell, carpet cleaners, stain removers, and there are plenty of accessories available at your local pet store to make cleaning after your pet very simple to do. Of course, though, before assuming that a pet is allowed or there are regulations and restrictions against such things, you should always do a check on the property to be certain; websites like ListingVUE.com provide a large number of space and options for sellers to talk about their properties for sale and in these sections they mention pet relevant information. People shouldn't have to move to a home that they cannot afford just because a pet is not allowed in a condominium, landlords and owners should compile a list of yes's and no's pertaining to animal policies.

Depending on the size and activity level of the animal, of course, a home with a fenced back yard can be extremely beneficial if not necessary, but there are plenty of small pets that simply require a cage and a blanket along with food and water to survive. These particular animas happen to be the favored ones nowadays, and these animals are the ones that should be allowed in apartments and condominiums, while setting certain rules to prevent anyone from being bothered. Just because a person brings their beloved animal into a home doesn't mean that the entire building will smell, and it doesn't mean that you will be kept up all night because of barking or squealing, don't pass judgment on animal lovers until a chance is given to them to prove otherwise.
