Payment options are available for Mahala yoga classes. Several yoga teachers with many years of experience will join the retreat giving talks on the philosophy of Buddhism and leading some meditation techniques as well as yoga techniques.
Mahala is a highly qualified yoga teacher who has gained more than 10 years of experience in teaching Ashtanga Yoga, Bikram, Power Yoga and Kundalini. She has gained experience in training many different styles of yoga in the UK and India. At present she is teaching at Tulip Yoga studio (a yoga paradise in the heart of Clapham). You are always welcome to this perfect space to come and deepen your yoga practice. For your flexibility and easy accessibility, yoga classes are also available in Chelsea, Clapham South, Battersea, Wands worth, Kensington and Clapham Common.
