Coorg or Kodagu is a place in Karnataka which is covered by the Western Ghats. It is called the Scotland of India and also Kashmir of South India. To the north west of Coorg is Dakshina Kannada, Hassan District is on the North and to its east is Mysore. To the South western side is Kerala state’s Kannur District.
