Alenver's innovative underwear collection has worldwide appeal due to the combination of international experiences of the company's principals, its genesis in the United States and its fabrication in Peru. Alenver's co-owners bring a wealth of international experience in the fashion world to this new collection. Patrice Hallot, a French national has worked in France, Germany, Italy, Finland, Sweden and the United States in an entrepreneurial career in photography and fashion. Piret Johanson, an Estonian national, brings international modeling, design and marketing experience in European, Asian and North American markets to Alenver. Both now reside in Miami, Florida - a hot epicenter for fashion and style in the United States.
Alwnver's collection is fabricated in Peru because of the importance of proximity to the quality cotton source. All Alenver products are made from 95% pure Peruvian pima cotton and 5% elastane. Fabrication takes place in socially responsible and inspected facilities and meets significant quality control standards in production. Peruvian cotton is currently renowned as the world leader and its quality has surpassed its competition in China and Turkey. The craftsmanship and pride in their product makes Peru a simple choice for Alenver's product fabrication and Alenver is pleased to be a part of this textile industry tradition that has spanned over 5,000 years.
Alenver's introduction to, and successful expansion in, the fashion world has been swift. Alenver was launched in the spring of 2008 utilizing the internet as both communication tool and transaction channel. On the heels of the website sales, came Alenver's success at the Magic Marketplace Fashion Trade Show in Las Vegas in the Summer of 2008, which catapulted Alenver's unique image to buyers across four continents. Most recently, Alenver's collection was featured in a photo shoot for Flare magazine, a Canadian fashion magazine. Finally, Alenver's collection entered the retail world.
