A winter holiday doesn’t need to be about snow and icy weather. It should be about getting around and getting to see everything that your intended city has to offer. When you look at Brisbane, the first thing you notice is that it is mostly sunny and warm for most of the year. July and august tend to be the coldest months, however you can still expect to see a couple warm days in between all that to allow you to go out and make the most of your holiday while the sun still shines. It is still advisable to pack your warm clothes and make sure that you have a something warm with you, in case the weather decides to make a turn for the worse and you end up freezing because you haven’t fully prepared for the weather.

Ideally you want to warm and cosy when you stay over in Brisbane this winter and finding the right hotel should be a top priority. The Brisbane hotels that you can stay at will offer you a wide variety of services that will come in handy when you are stuck indoors because of bad weather. If you had to imagine a holiday with really ...
... terrible weather outside where you can’t go anywhere, and you also have nothing to do in the hotel you are staying at you can just picture how crazy you could end up going. The thought of being on holiday and not being able to do anything is quite an annoying thing for anyone to experience. Fortunately, Brisbane has got a whole host of thing planned for this winter, regardless of what the weather has to say about it. You can take your kids ice skating on the biggest outdoor ice-rink in the southern hemisphere, or you can hop on a boat and take trip upriver. You see, the whole of Brisbane has been built around the Brisbane River and in fact, you can even use public transport along the river to get from one end of the city to the other. Hundreds of Australians make use of the ferries that commute up and down the river every day, purely because it works out cheaper and the boats get there a whole lot faster than a bus or taxi, because there is virtually no traffic on the river.

So it is clear that you will definitely be able to get around the city without any hassle, and so there is no excuse for having a bad holiday, even if you book a mediocre hotel room.
