5 Quick Dishes For Your Microwave
Cooking in microwave is an easy and quick process. Consumers just love to experiment innovative delicacies when they purchase microwave. Also, there is an added benefit of cooking in microwave that it protects the nutritive value of food as food gets cooked in much lesser time in microwave. Although, there are innumerable recipes that can be cooked in microwave but given here some of the dishes that can be cooked in the microwave easily.
Mouth-Watering mushroom and egg blend:
For preparing this dish, 3-4 eggs should be beaten and then added to about a quarter cup of fresh cream in dish after which about two tablespoons of mushrooms, salt to taste and butter can be added apart from crushed bacon and then this entire mixture can be stirred as that it can be blended properly. After this it can be cooked at med-high for about 7 minutes and then stirred properly. Finally, the dish can be garnished with parsley.
Palatable shrimps:
For cooking mouth watering shrimps, first the shrimps are to be cleaned and then about a quarter cup of hot water is to be added along with two teaspoons of lime juice, quarter ...
... teaspoon salt and few drops of thyme. The dish is cooked and covered at high for about 4 minutes till the time shrimp becomes opaque and then the dish should be covered and allowed to chill.
Delicious potato-parsley soup:
About three cups of cubed potatoes, quarter cup of finally chopped onion, quarter teaspoon of salt and broth both are taken and to be mixed properly in a bowl. One small bunch of parsley can also be added and then the entire dish is to be cooked and covered for more than ten minutes. Two table spoons of corn flour and some cold milk is to be added and stirred well in the mixture. Cooking is to be done at med-high for about seven minutes and stirring the mixture twice while cooking is enough.
Crispy mushrooms:
About ¼ kg of mushroom should be sliced and kept in a round dish and then a clove of garlic along with some butter is to be added. After which it has to be covered and has to be cooked for seven minutes. This can be served with bread.
Taste buds tickling pastas:
Several ingredients like eggs, 2 tablespoon of milk and half teaspoon of salt are added after which about one cup of flour is added and has to be stirred till it is smooth and on floured surface dough is kneaded until it becomes perfectly smooth. After this rolled dough is to be sliced and arranged on glass tray of the oven and cooked at med till the noodles become dry.
