Energy Performance Certificate - And Its Necessity!

EPCs stands for Energy Performance Certificates offers a rating of how energy efficient a building is, with a rating of A & G where 'A' is the most energy efficient and 'G' being the least, with the average up to now being 'D'. It gives the building a standard energy and carbon emission efficiency grade from ‘A' to ‘G'.
