Yamaha is all set to blaze the road with their powerful and is now sold in India for its die-hard consumers who are waiting for this bike to be launched in India. You can see that it is a master piece and comes with the most amazing speed and looks. A simple glance can tell you that this is not just any bike; it is way futuristic in its make and performance. It is posing a serious competition to its competition and looks smart enough to handle the roads, the competition and the demands of the users. The Yamaha YZF 250 R4 is expected to hit to road very soon and has been priced relatively low as told by their spokesperson. The important thing is, it is being assembled locally in India to save the import duty.

Although the design is very attractive, it seems that the brand has borrowed it from its elder siblings the YZF R6. The tank, rear view mirror, under fenders, headlamp, rear fender, looks like they have come straight from the house of YZF R6. The handle is a little sporty, that makes the rider duck and has a bend position during the ride. Dual disk brakes have been applied for the front tires.

The approximate mileage that will be produced by this bike has been declared around 30 to 35 kmpl and the top speed that the bike will gain is 145 kmph. The engine is air cooled and comes with 4 strokes. Apart from this it also has a V-twin and is integrated with OHV 4 valves per cylinder. The compression ratio is assumed to be 8:4:1 and the bore and stroke are measured at 97.0 x 113.0 mm. the bike will be great one for the youngsters who love the speed and the design.

The company has announced that the maximum power generated will be 32 bhp and the torque could be 100.3 Nm at 2,750 rpm. It has an electric start and comes with 5 speed gear for that excellent speed and decreased fuel consumption. The machine is built with wet multiple disc clutches and has the T.C.I. ignition system.

The safety features are great and comes with nice rear suspension that is a Swingarm and the rear wheel is 117 mm for safety and balance. The frame of the bike will be aluminum CF die cast with double cradle.

Not all the specifications are provided by the company, but the Yamaha YZF 250 R4 price will be around Rs. 2, 50,000 approximately.
