Hence, it is very important to have a governing body which would monitor the projects being done and also bridge any gaps if the need be.


• Employee Relations: This is the most pivotal point for the successful running of an organization. The employees need to be kept happy so that they do not go against the ethics of the organization. Unhappy employees never yield a flourishing company. Thus, it is very important for the management as well as the organization to do as much as possible within their limits to keep the employers as happy as possible. Performance appraisals as well as perks and advantages are very necessary for happy workers. Another very important thing is to keep them motivated so that they can give their best for the company.
