The New Age Of Polymer

Simply Polymer can be easily described as many parts of macromolecule. They have very complicated structure as they are composed of 10,000 or more atoms. They have different types such as long chain, branched chain, homo polymer and co polymer.
Polymers are everywhere around us for example, plastic which is made from poly-ethylene, rubber which is made from poly-isoprene, Clothes from poly-ester, Teflon coated non-stick pans were Teflon is a polymer. These are Synthetic polymers or you can say these are man-made. Natural polymer does occur in nature such as Proteins, Starch, and Cellulose etc.
Since many years several experiments are done on the polymer and the scientists invented many new and incredible types as they are used in new rechargeable batteries to produce more power and with improved efficiency of recharging (no. of times of recharging the batteries), the solar foil made from semiconductor compound that is embedded into polymer foil . A compound that lights itself by freeing electrons, which can generate electricity for heating, lighting and air-conditioning. Just a small piece can power a mobile ...
... phone or laptop. It even works on a grey, cloudy day and it is commercially available.
The Nano enabled, Virgin polymers is the latest invention. These can be recycled repeatedly ‘n’ number of times. It is the "new polymer” that a factory uses directly from the polymer manufacturer. Most factories which use plastic to carry out a certain amount of recycling of the rejected items and excess molding waste is ground up and mixed with new or virgin polymer. The factory recipe might state 95% virgin polymer plus 5% recycled polymer.
Nano enabled and Virgin polymers have different types such as Nano LLDPE Polymer-ASA3 Grade, Nano LLDPE Polymer-ASA4 Grade, UV/Anti-Static PP-AS1A Grade, UV/Anti-Static PP "Raffia"-AS4A Grade and Virgin PP, Virgin LLDPE respectively.
These polymers are now highly demanded in many plastic industries to recycle the plastic, polyester or any other polymer. Recycling of waste plastics is an effective way to improve the environmental performance of the polymer industry.
As such mentioned many Chemical / Metal Manufacturers industries supply these Nano Enabled and Virgin polymers and its demand is increasing rapidly.
