The Dead Air Investigation mission in The Secret World is a "Hard" rated quest found in Kingsmouth Town near Ellis Hill. If you have trouble finding it, the starting location is near the coordinates of 897, 705. This is an investigation type mission. In order to gain the quest you'll need to talk to the questionable gentlemen who is found in the airport. Below is our full walkthrough for this quest.Tier 1In tier 1 you find out that Ellis Hill is having radio reception problems. Your job is to investigate the radio tower to find out what's going on. First step is to actually locate the radio antenna. The antenna is up near the runway in the area shown on your map. Once you get to the antenna you need to look at the bottom of it to read the small plaque on it to get the serial number on it. It reads:MANTICORE Serial Number: 3881999Once you get this code you'll get your next update.Tier 2Now you are presented with your next task which states:Source the Components to Repair the MastBasically you have to scavenge and gather some materials necessary to fix the radio mast. They are:Soda CanFlare GunDuct TapeScrap PartsBatteryFuel CanHandheld RadioTape RecorderVaccum TubeWire HangerShovelOnce you've collected each item you need to get back to the actual mast.Tier 3Once you use the materials to get the mast back up and running you'll get a Morse code. This is tricky to figure out if you don't have a program that will translate it for you. Most people don't. Basically the code translates to this:Drop Location 712536This is a set of coordinates. It just doesn't have the one symbol in it that you need to figure that out. So it reads that the drop location is at coordinates 712, 536. Start moving to these coordinates now.Tier 4When you reach this area you'll see a helicopter flying around and dropping a crate in the area. There are a couple enemies that you'll need to kill.Kill the enemies in the area and then walk up to the crate and inspect it. In order to get the reward you'l have to kill a Quarantine Beast. Make sure you've regenerated your health from killing the previous couple guys before taking this on.
