Many people in Brazil believe that this is the right time for a tax reform. In the past decade, there were considerable reforms, but they were not ideal to meet the requirements of the taxpayers needs. For some time, the advocacia tributária has not been the matter of priority in the Brazilian agenda. There are various conflicts of interests that hinder the development of a better system. The complex taxation systems here, force the businesses to employ numerous bookkeepers and accountants. The outdated strategies consume enormous amount of valuable time, in ensuring compliance with the rules and regulations. The economy of the nation is performing well, which indicates that the nation has potential for growth if a major change is brought in.
Unfortunately, the major population are either ignorant about the advocacia tributária, or are the least interested in them. A major chunk of collection ...
... comes from the production and consumption industry. The heavy taxes levied upon the supply chain impacts the consumers directly, as they end up paying much more than what they must. This regressive system is burdensome for the poorest people of the nation. They are taxed considerably more than the higher social classes. But, they are content in their lives due to their ignorance about these facts. Most of them are not obliged to pay the direct taxes as they do not posses any assets, or due to their income falling within the exemption limits.
Brazil, though one of the countries collecting enormous amounts as taxes every year, still remains at the bottom when it comes to providing benefits to the people. People who belong to the C, D and E classes believe that they do not have the right to question the lousy public services. Unfortunately, they remain unaware about the fact that approximately 30% of their income is being dedicated to the nations taxation system. Approximately 40% of the product prices are dedicated as taxes, which means that you can buy two products at the price of one, if the advocacia tributária had been better here. The fundamental problems are the complexity of the systems and the disinterest of the people.
It is time to open your eyes and learn more about the advocacia tributária of your nation. The ignorance will lead to a regression of development, while nations of the world are enjoying the benefits. High taxation rates, excessive bureaucracy and legal uncertainty are the major issues that are currently prominent. A tax reform can change the structure and rules of scheme for the betterment of the economic conditions. This is the key for a social transformation that people expect. The reforms need to focus on the following: simplification of the overall system, reduction of burden on the average people, reduction in the regression, etc. If there is decrease in product prices, the public might be able to purchase those materialistic things which were once unaffordable. When people dedicate their hard earned money for the nation, they earn the right to enjoy its benefits.
