This has a direct bearing on sugar level in blood. It would be good ideas to understand how to count carbs. You can then decide about the quality and quantity of food intake.
Your being diagnosed with diabetes does not restrict your food intake to a diet that is made up of only food with no taste. You can keep a tab on quantity intake and continue to eat your favourite dishes. That way, your system will be able to handle digestion process efficiently, and keep you hell and hearty.
