How Reclaim Rubber Can Be Beneficial For Our Environment?
Recycling rubber is one best option to prevent our environment from degradation and ozone layer from getting depleted. Ozone layer is getting depleted and everybody is aware of this fact by now. The disparaging human activities are destroying the environment brutally and if we will not take a strict action against this right now then it would be very late. Recycling is the best technique to prevent the earth and save the environment.
There are many products which can be recycled such as metals, tin cans, paper, wood, glass, batteries and rubber. Rubber is a non biodegradable natural resource and earlier, we used to obtain it from the sap of trees but these days most of the rubber is synthetic and made up of oil. Decomposition of rubber takes tremendous time even when dumped into the landfills.
Rubber tires are becoming a problematic source nowadays. Due to the massive increase in the automobile industry the manufacturing of rubber tires has been mushroomed to very high levels. Tires are becoming necessary malevolence without which we cannot even imagine our life. In this world of modernization, each person owns ...
... one or two cars which is not only depleting the natural resources like petrol and diesel but also becoming dangerous for environment. As and when we change tire of our car we just throw it away without knowing its dreadful impact on our environment.
We must not throw the used tires into the landfill sites or in open spaces because we will get rid of them but it would surely effect the environment in way or the other. Worn out tires left in open spaces becomes the free breeding sites for the mosquitoes and insects that will be dangerous for our health. Recycling of rubber is the excellent way out to discard the used tires and that too with innumerable benefits. Recycling of tires is done by burning the tires at high pressure and temperature conditions to break the cross linked structures and shredding the tire. The metals are then removed from the shreds by placing the tires in pulverizing machines. Metals are sometimes removed mechanically and the process of recycling consumes much less energy than that of the processing of virgin rubber.
Recycling of rubber is quite difficult process because it is very hard to break the strong bondages of vulcanized rubber. Even though reclaim rubber India is recycling the synthetic rubber and offering it to various companies and industries so that they can make new useful products from the shreds of rubber. Reclaimed rubber these days are used in the embankments, fills, and erosion control and railway road crossings. Rubber flooring is most popular and people prefer reclaim rubber to surface their kitchens and washrooms. Flooring can also be used in water parks and where ever there is a risk of slipping because the rubber floor mats are very durable and resistible to water prone areas. Reclaim rubber has plentiful uses such as it helps in conserving the non renewable resources like coal and petroleum and above all it helps in preventing the environment from getting degraded.
