Reclaimed rubber is a unique product which is recycled out of tread peelings and worn out tires. The cross linkage structure of rubber and sulfur are broken down by heating the tires at high temperature and pressure conditions. During the burning process, steel and polyester strings are removed from the rubber tires and then the impurities and dirt are removed by quick washing. Reclaimed rubber is non-abrasive, non-toxic as well as non-staining and steel gratis that is why it is much more durable as compared to virgin rubber. The excellent properties of reclaim rubber make it more efficient and long lasting.

Used rubber tires are harming the environment and degrading the ecosystem. People are dumping worn out tires into the dustbins like they throw garbage but they do not know the terrible effects of throwing the used tires into garbage. The other material thrown in garbage may even take 10 to 15 days to get decomposed but decomposition of worn out tires may even take centuries and if they remain lying in open spaces, they invite plenty of dangerous mosquitoes and become best breeding grounds for them. The environment ...
... is getting harmed due to these non biodegradable substances and this has been proved by the scientists’ long back.

Reclaim rubber manufacturers in India are making a good effort to protect our environment from getting degraded by recycling rubber tires which are thrown by people on the landfill sites. Sometimes, people burn the old tires just to get rid of them but burning of tires produce dangerous green house gases which is not harmful for the environment but also causes harm to our health. Manufacturers collect the worn out tires either from the houses or from the landfill sites and then recycle them. Recycling the old tires is the best approach to save our environment and that too without causing any harm to the health and safety of human beings. Reclaim rubber can be used as an alternative to synthetic rubber or natural rubber.

Various industries and factories are making use of reclaim rubber to reduce their cost of expenditure on natural resources like coal and petroleum. Reclaim rubber is most popular for flooring and surfacing of schools, parks, playgrounds. It is famous because it prevents from the impact of fall and safeguards from injury. The floor mats made up of reclaim rubber are used at gyms and weight rooms to minimize the affect of accidents. Nowadays, people are using reclaimed rubber in decorating their house. The floor mats are used in household purposes. People place the floor mats in the kitchens and outside the washrooms because these areas are more water prone but reclaim rubber mats soak water easily in least possible time. Apart from all this, reclaim rubber flooring can also be employed in skating rinks and water park ramps. Reclaim rubber provides good shoe traction and prevent the person from falling and slipping.

Irrelevant discarding of used tires is mounting threat to the environment as well as the ecosystem is getting distressed. Though recycling of rubber is a complicated process even then Reclaim rubber is escalating the manufacture of reclaim rubber to save the environment.
