In such cases the victim also loses his ability to control any sort of body movement below the injured area. This can eventually lead to the inability to control one's bowel, legs and bladder, but these patients may still retain their ability to maintain some control over their legs and arms.


Apart from modern physiotherapy exercises, light yoga exercises and acupuncture and naturopathy can provide some relief to the patients battling with Lower back pain. The treatment for includes the using a range of anti-inflammatory medications and pain management. Sometimes, steroid injections or nerve blocks are induced to reduce the throbbing pain. Spinal Decompression therapy is a modern treatment that can provide respite from back and neck aches.
