It is important not to get up in a hurry after your meditation. It would be similar to jumping up just after having a deep sleep. It would cause a lot of stress in itself.

The secret to effective use of meditation lies in using it as a habit. Try to get some free time in your schedule for your meditation. Once you develop a habit for performing meditation, you will find it quite easy to sidestep distractions. You will need to spend hardly ten to fifteen minutes every day.
