Are you a fresh college pass-out and thinking about how to take your career to the next level? Then you have just arrived at the right place! Unlike in the yesteryears, today, there are several students who choose apprenticeships in order to gain sufficient knowledge and practical skills in the workplace and at the same time, earn some money and get qualifications which are recognized as well as valued by business organizations across the globe. In other words, apprenticeships help you to learn as well as earn money simultaneously. Like for example, today, you will come across apprenticeships in various industrial sectors like IT, retail, health and social care, engineering, manufacturing, and so on. When we talk about the various apprenticeships that are available today, the list is simply endless! However, among these, IT apprenticeships, health and social care apprenticeships are gaining increasing popularity among the young generation of today. To know more about each of them, just read on.

IT apprenticeships help students gain ...
... practical experience in the field of IT by giving them suitable on-the-job training. This type of apprenticeship usually takes three to four years to complete. Since there are several students who are planning to take up IT as their career, IT apprenticeships are also increasing in leaps and bounds in order to accommodate the growing number of students.

On the other hand, as the name itself suggests, health and social care apprenticeships can be categorized into health care and social care. As far as health care is concerned, you can work in hospitals or private clinics and assist doctors and nurses or assist patients in having their food and taking their medicines at the right time, making as well as changing their beds, and so on. On the other hand, social care may include helping people who are physically challenged, assisting people with learning disabilities or helping those who are suffering from age related problems. This may include helping them to dress up in a proper manner, taking them out for an evening walk if they cannot go out by themselves, taking them out for shopping, and so on.
