No doubt floristry is a creative path to the bright future. it is an artistic business and is experienced with the passage of time. Increasing demand of florist is predicting the scope of florist in the future time. At all level trainee staff is required by floral industry. The increasing competition requires perfection in the craft by the students so that they can provide the customer best floral services. To become a qualified and professional florist takes many years. There are 3 ways to become a florist one may become a florist with experience by starting a job there. Second way is to join college training. 3rd way is the combination of both. One may job and join a college in part time. On the job training is considered best of them as the developing; understanding and gaining skills can be obtained only by practice. It requires a day to day practice. But it does not enable to gain qualification. But it must be kept in mind that the qualification value does not enable us to make large money or our construction speed is not made in it. This is availed only after doing work on a florist shop.

... not so much popular among the people. In their view the employer has no enough time for the trainee. He wants to give more and more time to his business. So he can not plan structured training and he provides limited to the on job trainee and prefers the employees who are perfect and well trained. So it looks time consuming. College based training is considered as the most common route among the student. There are more than 100 colleges in UK for this purpose. The range of their courses is so complex that one has to go through the course table for the selection of course and it is a matter of problem for the student that either they are selecting suitable course or not.

Full time study is most suitable for school leaver as they have free time to learn even complex skills of the profession. They have the chance of becoming a qualified and good florist. The people who are mature and wants to change their business must join full time study as in this way they can learn much about the field in a short period of time. Otherwise it will take long to gain all the skills of this flourishing business. Full time study is offered from 3 to 5 days in awake plus home work for the student which they have to work at home. Some colleges also give the facility of hostel to their students. Work experience is also an element of the full time study. One has to gain some experience in this field by working to any shop in part time. Part time study has its own value it depends on the student which study most suits hi. Either the depths is present in part time study or not. Either the full time study has the flexibility of part time study or not. it is decided by the student himself.
