Before getting a notary or a notary public, you should first know what he is and know why you need the services of such. A notary is a legal resident properly trained to execute notary duties and appointed as a civil servant within a commission of a state.A notary public functions to witness signatures on legal documents. A notary seal is used for this matter to certify that a signature was made by the respondent in the presence of a notary. It is also the role of the notary public to authenticate duplicate documents as a true copy of the original one. Using his seal and by means of inspecting the documents involved, the duplicate copy and the real copy, the notary can certify that duplicates of documents are true copies of the original. These are the functions of a notary public, but in Beaudry, Semexant, Notaire Inc., notaries do not only offer notary services but can give out legal advices and help you out with issues requiring legal expertise as well.
