The fluctuating world economy with steep fall and slow recovery threats the job markets. Some job market around the world is facing hazards of unemployment. However, there are some organizations that are still headhunting for suitable talent. They are lookout for professionals with specific skill sets. Consultancy firms are searching for right candidates with specific skill sets and still unable to fill openings.

With uncertain business growth, organizations are taking its own time to fill the vacancies and finding the right candidate. One of the reputed consultancy firms did a talent shortage survey to find out world’s best Jobs that are in demand in the present times.

Organizations around the world believe this trend of unemployment and delay in position closing makes is low at about 43%. Some of these are unable to gauge the fact that impact will be alarming. World’s Best Jobs in Demand:
• Skilled Trades Workers

In the wake of economic recovery, organizations are searching skilled workers.
• Engineers

Employers in countries like China, India, Germany and United States is facing shortages of skilled engineers. According to employers, environmental and market factors play a crucial role. Employers are not able to find the right talent to fill the vacant positions. Another reason is that employees are finding it tough as jobseekers lack hard skills or technical competencies.
• Sales Representatives

Lack of experience is cited the chief reason by employers across the globe. In addition, apt skills for the positions vacant are making it difficult. Few employers are giving necessary training to inculcate these missing skills.
• Technicians

There are many positions vacant for skilled technicians as employers across the globe find difficulties in filling the positions.
• Drivers

Another job where demand is more and employers are facing shortage. Employers in several countries have reported that there is difficulty in recruiting. In Japan, there is a rise in shortage of drivers for special vehicles.
• Laborers

United States and India are two worst hit countries when it comes to shortage of laborers. Recruitment of laborers in these two countries is dipping down. In India, the unemployment of skilled laborers increased from 16% in 2010 to about 67% in the year 2011. This is sharpest increase of about 51 %. The numbers are not even good for United States. The shortage of laborers increased from 14% to about 52%, which is about 38% high.

Yes, with so many job creations, still there is shortage of qualified IT staff across the world.
• Accounting and Finance Staff

There is also a shortage of trained finance and accounting staff.
