Fast Six Packs Abs

It is true that fast six-pack abs do not come naturally with little or no effort! However, if you really desire having a great body, you can have an outstanding body by following a low-fat diet in addition to regular exercise. Remarkably results can be achieved with daily abs-exercises for just 15 minutes. With determination and the right techniques, anyone can get six-pack abdominal abs quickly!

Activity #1: "The Ab-Curl" - Lay on the floor in a stretched out position with your arms across the chest. Contract your abs and raise your shoulders up about an inch above the floor. Remain in the position for at least four seconds before relaxing the abs and lowering shoulders back to the floor. To get more from this routine, raise your feet off the floor while contracting your abs and raising your shoulders. Continue with this process for at least five times to complete this routine everyday.

Workout #2: "Leg-Raise" - This exercise targets the lower abs muscles. While lying on the floor, lift both legs gradually until it is about 90 degrees to the body and then lower them back to the floor. Do this again about ten times. ...
... To work on love handles, move the legs from left to right. Continue doing this activity slowly with a smooth flow and without relaxation until you have completed the routine. Put a pillow under your back to be more comfortable while doing this exercise routine.

Work out #3: "Bicycle" - Lie down on your back with hands behind the head. Pull your knees up to a 90 degree angle. Move your feet forward and backward as if you are riding a bicycle. Increase the effectiveness of this exercise by bringing the left side of your body towards your right knee and then the right side of your body towards the left knee. Do this exercise for about 1-2 minutes in the beginning and then gradually increase the time to make it more effective

There is no need to continuously do abs crunches. These four exercises will work your abs muscles all-over your midsection and will rapidly give benefits. The most crucial element is to continue doing these routines each day as well as to increase the level of difficulty to keep the muscles challenged!
