With the above information understood by an offender, they can then work together with the lawyers on the clients. The offender also understands the lawyers strategy based on the above information. This is very important when it comes to setting up a good defence, so as to convince the court of the said offenders innocence. There are those tough cases where evidence may be against the offender, and the lawyers is only left with the option of helping the offender avoid the most severe punishment.
