If you need to have best flavors in your dish then you need to buy the best ingredients for your dish. Pad Thai recipe is also favorable to anyone tastes. The major thing about pad Thai recipe is you can pick your own components. The most important part of pad Thai recipe are the noodles and bean sprouts. Rice noodles are the traditional noodles for any pad Thai recipe. Do not use egg noodles because they make your Pad Thai heavy and greasy but if you use rice noodles then your dish will be lighter and healthy.

Pad Thai is one of the most tasty food which is prepared in restaurant. This dish contains some healthiest ingredients. So prepare, get healthy and like yourself with this delicious dish. Below let me tell you the different steps for preparing pad Thai recipe.

... Boil some water in the pot and put some bean sprouts in the boiling water for approximately 30 seconds and then remove.
2) When the water completely boils then add noodles. Let the noodles cook for 3 or 5 minutes and then drain and rinse under cold water.
3) Take a small bowl, beat the eggs and add one spoon salt in it.
4) Take another small bowl, stir together lime juice, ketchup, brown sugar and fish sauce. Get aside for later use.
5) Heat the peanut oil on the gas burner. Add garlic and let it for few seconds.
6) When all the eggs have set, pour in the sauce mixture, bean sprouts, noodles, green onions and toss together.
7) For tasty flavor , you can also add lemon juice before serving it.
