Poverty In South African Cities
Poverty in South Africa countries is slightly high from other countries. Poverty in Africa is because of the lack of basic human needs. In many South African countries peoples are yearn for necessities which include clean water, electricity, hospitals, clinics and public transport and basic housing needs.Many of peoples are infected with the HIV Aids or other diseases. It was estimated that three thousand people died of HIV Aids per day and eleven thousand people are infected per day. This is the grate rate of infections and deaths with HIV Aids as compared to other countries. It was also estimated that only 1% of people are actually treated. Clean and safe water is very rare in more of the countries. The medical facilities are not very good in many cities. The water borne disease also effect many infants and young children more than any other age group.
The cause of this disease was of lack of safe water drinking and also the mixture of dinking water with sewage. The most of African countries have low economic GDP. In many countries due to povert many other things increase like warfare, misgoverment and corruption that ...
... has a bad affect on country’s condition. Because of too much poverty the standard of living of people decreses and quality of life is also declined. People have no propers homes for them. Living standards are decling which cause the frustration among peoples. The education system in many South african countries are very low and many of the children not use to go to schools. In South African countries espeasally blacks have living their life less than the standards. The problem of poverty in South Africa has always been of major importance. The condition of the ordinary man has become poorer the difference between the poor and the rich has widened a lot. The Limpopo and Eastern Cape in the Soth Africa have the largest poor people. The poverty rate is too much high in these two countries.
In both countries people usually suffers from diarrohea, malaria, pneumonia and malnutrition diseases. Unemployment is also the major cause of poverty in South Africa. Many peoples in South Africa has vry less buying power many surveys show that many of people in South Africa can not afforad two times meals a day. This is a bad situation.The most of the people who are suffering from the poverty are blacks. The poverty is increasing in the South Africa and econmic growth is not helping to improve the common men condition. The government is also trying to reduce the poverty level in South Africa but the results are not so much fast. United Nations is also taking many steps to reduce the poverty level. United Nation is also starts many projects of drinking water to provide people a clean water. United Nation also started many projects for providing food, electricity and medical facilities and many other basic necssities to the people. Poverty in South African countries increase during the recent years.
