The Nissan Qashqai is a very popular car, which appeals to many different types of people. It combines elements of a family hatchback with those of SUVs and MPVs, which is part of the reason it appeals to such a broad range of people.

The Cost of Owning a Nissan Qashqai

When you buy a Qashqai, you get a lot for your money. Prices currently range from £16,500 to just over £27,000, so the price of buying one new compares favourably with other similar crossover vehicles.

Running a Nissan Qashqai is much cheaper than it once was. Despite improved performance the 1.6, on a combined cycle, gives you 62.8mpg. The inclusion of a stop/start system keeps emission low at just 119g/km, which keeps the cost of your road tax down. Insurance is cheap too. Depreciation is quite high, but given that most people buy the car to keep this is not a significant issue.
