Meditation makes you aware - that your inner attitude determines your happiness. With its regular practice, the mind becomes fresh, delicate and beautiful. Meditation, as a spiritual practice of one’s own inner self can lead to peace, true happiness, self-realisation, enlightenment and spiritual awakening.
