I love to drink fresh juices. Although there are a variety of fresh juices that are available in the market, I always like to buy fruits at home and prepare juices myself. If you ate one raw carrot, your body would only be able to absorb about at least one percent of the available vitamin A. This is because most of the nutrients in a carrot are locked in its fiber.
