It added that office printing still plays a "vital role", claiming that there are now more options for printing than ever before.

The news source went on to note that not everyone needs to print out documents on fast, colour laser printers, pointing out that cheaper inkjet versions can suffice in many situations.

By being savvy concerning their choice of products, managers can significantly reduce their spending, which is great news for their bottom lines and may help them to balance their books during these troublesome economic times.
