As a common user, I often prefer Dell as my first choice. But as a Dell user, have ever experienced the following or similar problem?
Problem: Some days ago, when I tried to use my dell laptop, I suddenly found I couldn't remember its password. So I was thrown out the paper that it was written on. The laptop is running on windows 7 and there is only one user account. How can reset my forgotten Dell computer password and get back in computer?

The problem is that this kind of password reset can only be created when you can access your Windows account. But now I was locked of my computer. I have never been aware of creating a password reset disk for my Windows account to in case of a lost Dell login password.
Solution 2: Reinstalling the Windows 7 for my dell computer.
It's claimed that reinstalling the operating system is the only recourse if one has lost or forgotten Windows login password without a password reset disk available. Without doubt, this will be my last choice. Firstly, I don't a Windows 7 setup CD or bootable USB flash drive. Secondly, there are many important files stored on my Windows 7 Dell laptop. I cannot afford to wipe out these files.
