I was wanting to add something exciting to my backyard, but I didn't want to spend too much money, so I found some solar lantern lights which really did the trick. My house sits on a nice one acre parcel of land, so I have a lot of space to work with and during nice weather, I like to entertain friends outside. For many years, I had clear Christmas lights hung around the yard to give some ambient lighting for the evenings, but I was wanting something a little better.

Solar garden lights seemed to be a perfect solution because I try to be as energy-conscious as possible. After looking at a lot of different stores, I had not found precisely what I was looking for, so I decided to look online to see what I could find there. I was ecstatic because I found a website that had precisely what I was looking for and they had a large selection of all different kinds of solar lamps. There were so many options, that I was really blown away, and the fact that solar power technology had come so far really impressed me.

... had some other options in solar path lighting that would help my guests walk down my garden paths in dark without any worries. I was pretty sure about buying the solar path lights, but then I saw some solar deck lights that were also on the website that I found very tempting.

I had been wanting to upgrade my little porch area that was only big enough for a couple people at a time, and turn it into a spacious deck with a hot tub and a nice area for a large table and chair set. In my mind, picturing this new deck, a deck light here and there would really make the deck look amazing and would add a lot of visual interest to the entire yard.

Looking at all of the various options in solar lighting, I just wanted to get them all, but I knew if I did I would end up with a huge solar lighthouse, that would light up the neighborhood, which would not make my neighbors too pleased. But I came back to reality and bought just the lights that I needed, knowing that my yard and eventual deck would be a fitting environment for my friends and relations to come and enjoy the warm summer nights.
