It has sharp styled rear tail with two lamps. Both the lights on during brake application, otherwise single light is on when the lights are put on. Hero Honda is calling the engine as new age high performance APDV engine. Engine type is air cooled, four stroke single cylinders OHC, displacement is 97.20 CC. Its start up time is kick start as well as electric start.
Dimension:
Hero Honda Passion Pro has height around 1075 mm, width is 725 mm and length is around 1980 m. Its kerb weight during kick start is 116 kg and during self start is 119 kg. The bike provide wheel base 1235 mm and ground clearance about 155 mm. The turning circle radius is provided 1.9 metres.
Wheels and tyres:
The passion pro has front tyre of 2.75 x 18” which is 42 P / 4 PR and the rear tyre is 3.00 x 18” which is 48 P / 6 PR.
Brakes:
Passion pro has front internal expanding shoe type brakes around 130 mm which is 240 mm diameter disc, and rear internal expanding shoe type brakes is 130 mm.

Hero Honda Passion Pro has DC ignition and digital CDI. Its clutch wet is multi plate type. Its head lamp is trapezoidal multi reflector of 35 / 35 W halogen bulb and tail lamp is MFR – 5 / 12 W. The battery of passion pro is 12 V, 3.0 AH.
