Step To Cook Delicious San Choy Bow Recipe

Thai recipes are world famous recipes. Most of people like to cook and eat these Thai recipes. Therefore they generally go in a restaurant to eat Thai food. People who have hobby of cooking food they generally tries these Thai recipes at home. For this they regularly watch TV shows such as Masterchef Australia so that they can cook authentic Thai food at home like a Masterchef. There are various Thai recipes that people cook at home like Thai curry recipes, San choy bow recipe, pad Thai recipe etc.

To cook Thai recipes such as San choy bow recipe the major component is the San choy bow sauce. To cook San choy bow sauce the ingredient required are soys sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, finely chopped coriander or mint. To prepare sauce take one tbsp soys sauce, lime juice, sesame oil and mix well. Then add 15 gm chopped coriander or mint. Mix all ingredients properly. To cook San choy bow recipes necessary ingredients are dried mushrooms, oil for cooking, chopped silver almonds, water chestnuts , one fine chopped carrot and spring onions, lean pork mince, chopped coriander roots, grated ginger, few lettuce leaves and hoisin ...

Step to cook San choy bow recipe – To cook San choy bow recipe first of all soak the mushroom in the hot water for about 10 minute or so on until they become soften. After that remove their hard stems and chopped properly. Put them aside. Now take a frying pan, add one tbsp oil in it and heat until it start sizzling when splashed with water. Now add 30 gm silver almonds, 125 gm water chestnuts, chopped carrot and spring onion. Fry for about one minute or more but not browned. Put it aside. Take another frying pan or you can use same frying pan. Again heat one tbsp oil. Put pork mince add four coriander roots, one grated ginger and mushroom. Heat on medium high heat for 2-3 minutes or more until pork changes color. Do not overcook the pork otherwise it will lose the authentic taste.

After this add sauce and stir properly so that they will mix completely. After this put the vegetable mixture into the frying pan and stir fry for few minutes so that all mixture blend completely. Then spoon the pork mixture into lettuce leaves and garnish with hoisin sauce. You can put more hoisin sauce for dipping.
