So here's the deal. I am writing to you from good ol' sunny Florida. The sun is blazing hot and the moon ain't bad either. I flew in late last night and was starving... then 2 slices of Dominos pizza and a few cups a soda snuck their way into my mouth. (I have a deep love for pizza)

So the good news about all of this is that I am about to teach you how to bounce back from a night of eating or drinking JUNK. It is true that eating junk will make you get fat and set you back in your conquest to losing your stomach fat BUT it does not have to. You just need to learn how your body responds to both workouts and unfortunately eating junk.

I know that I can go 2-3 days of eating like a deprived cow at an all you can eat buffet before my body starts shutting down and packing on pounds. I also know exactly what to do from a fitness standpoint to shock my body into turning on the fat burning furnace again.

Basically what I did to shock my body was I went into my cousins backyard with my water, workout gloves, radio and a 44lb Kettle bell.

My workout was really simple. I warmed up for about 5-10 minutes ...
... and then did the following

2x7 Cleans
20 seconds around the back (both sides)

1 minute break with water

2x7 Clean and Press
1x9 swings (both sides)
2x4 Renegade Rows (both sides)
20 seconds of super plank

1 minute break with water

2x7 jump and press
1x4 Renegade rows (both sides)
20 seconds of super plank
12 T Pushups (both sides)

Then I drank some more water (I also love water). Then I finished the workout with 25 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training for my cardio. The total time of my workout was about 45-55 minutes.

Now that may or may not seem like a lot depending on who you ask. But like I said earlier you need to know how to shock your body; and that is what I need to do to shock my body.

I hope this little bit of information will help you "shock" your body and you too will be able to burn a lot of fat this summer.
